Job description:
- Handle inbound calls generated through PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and convert leads into bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget to offer suitable travel solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on domestic and international travel, including destinations, visa processes, fares, and travel guidelines.
- Plan and book end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Design customized itineraries based on client needs and upsell relevant travel services.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, payments, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Stay updated with travel trends, deals, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive with hands-on experience in handling PPC-generated calls/leads.
- Strong sales and conversion skills with a target-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (verbal & written).
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and processes.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Minimum graduation required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
