Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant operations and employee coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and manpower data.
- Ensure adherence of compliances as per given guidelines
- Maintain HR registers and statutory records manually as well as digitally.
- Maintain employee data and attendance through biometric & manual instruments accordingly.
- Coordinate with HO for employee on boarding documentation to start his working
- Support payroll inputs by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records & transparent information flow to HO.
- Ensure plant cleanliness and coordinate administrative activities related to housekeeping and facility management.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and confidential records.
- Assist HR Manager in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation when needed
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and HR compliances or keen to learn & update
- Basic knowledge of ESI, PF and statutory compliance processes.
- Should have basic Experience of working with HR or payroll or attendance Software.
- Ability to maintain statutory registers manually and electronically.
- Good understanding of attendance management and Plant documentation.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, disciplined work approach, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Should be presentable
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Pharma, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Healthcare industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
