Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
Create and manage engaging social media campaigns.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
Generate leads through digital channels and optimize conversion rates.
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and email marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
