Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to manage our plywood retail showroom in Patna. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proper Greet, Ambience
- Handle day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure proper product display and customer experience
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating Dispatch Team
- Maintain an efficient supply chain by providing early alerts for short-stock items.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales or showroom management (Plywood, hardware, or building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems
