Office Admin Executive (Admin + HR)
We are looking for a proactive Office Admin Executive who can handle daily office operations along with basic HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Support employee onboarding and basic HR processes
- Maintain employee records and office documents
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management
- Assist with recruitment scheduling and HR documentation
- Manage office supplies, calls, emails, and scheduling
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
- Experience in admin, payroll, attendance, or HR support preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluent in Hindi , English and Tamil

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
