Position Overview :
We are looking for an AI Lead with 10–12 years of overall experience and
minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an AI Lead or equivalent leadership
role, who is passionate about building scalable, production-grade AI systems and
driving AI-led business transformation.
In this role, you will lead AI strategy, architecture, and delivery, mentor AI and
data science teams, and partner closely with engineering and business leaders to
deliver high-impact AI-driven platforms and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end AI strategy, roadmap, and execution across
products and platforms
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions
in production environments
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI architectures and
data-driven solutions
- Oversee the full AI lifecycle including data preparation, model training,
validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and intelligent
automation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, and business stakeholders to
align AI initiatives with enterprise goals
- Establish AI best practices, coding standards, MLOps pipelines, and
governance frameworks
- Mentor, guide, and grow high-performing AI engineers, ML engineers, and
data scientists
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, cost, bias, and reliability in
production systems
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies
Must-Have Skills – Technical Skills (with Minimum Experience)
- Overall AI / ML Experience: Minimum 7+ years in applied AI, machine
learning, or data science
- AI Leadership: Minimum 2+ years leading AI/ML teams, architecture, or
enterprise AI initiatives
- Programming: Minimum 6+ years strong hands-on experience with
Python for AI/ML development
- ML Frameworks: Minimum 5+ years experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch,
Scikit-learn, or equivalent
- GenAI & LLMs: Minimum 3+ years experience with LLMs, prompt
engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or AI agents
- Deep Learning: Minimum 4+ years experience in NLP, computer vision, or
advanced deep learning models
- Data Engineering & Feature Engineering: Minimum 5+ years handling
structured and unstructured data, feature pipelines, and transformations
- Cloud AI Platforms: Minimum 4+ years deploying AI solutions on Azure
(preferred), AWS, or GCP
- MLOps & Production AI: Minimum 3+ years experience with model lifecycle
management, CI/CD for AI, monitoring, and drift detection
- Model Deployment: Minimum 4+ years experience deploying models via
APIs, microservices, containers, or cloud-native systems
- Data Science Fundamentals: Strong expertise (minimum 6+ years) in
statistics, probability, model evaluation, and optimization
- AI Governance & Responsible AI: Minimum 2+ years understanding of
explainability, bias mitigation, and AI governance
Professional & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly
articulate complex AI concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including
product managers, engineers, cloud teams, and business stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability in delivering AI outcomes
end to end
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leading AI and data teams
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-influencing skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Technical
- Experience working with enterprise-scale AI platforms and large data
ecosystems
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Real Estate
- Experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs
- Exposure to real-time or streaming AI use cases
