We are looking for a highly skilled and diligent Chartered Accountant to join our finance and accounts team to drive financial discipline, ensure compliance, and support our strategic growth.
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / Accounting Standards (AS).
- Maintain the general ledger, review reconciliations, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Manage project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition specific to the infrastructure/construction industry.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure absolute compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and TCS.
- File timely tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and handle tax assessments, appeals, and audits.
- Stay updated on changing tax regulations and advise management on tax-saving opportunities and risk mitigation.
3. Auditing & Internal Controls
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits with external auditors.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent leakages and ensure asset protection.
4. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage daily cash flows, project-wise fund allocations, and working capital requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial dockets and data required by banks and financial institutions for project funding, loans, and non-fund-based limits (Bank Guarantees/Letter of Credit).
5. Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and periodic variance analysis (Actual vs. Budgeted spending).
- Provide management with insightful financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis of projects, and profitability reports.
Qualifications & Skills Educational & Professional Background
- Must-Have: Cleared CA Final.
- Experience: 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
