Job Description
We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes across Chennai. Candidates with ANM, GNM, Diploma in Nursing, or B.Sc Nursing qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients at home as per the treatment plan.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound dressing as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Assist patients with daily living activities when required.
- Educate patients and family members on home care and medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
- Follow infection control protocols and nursing standards.
Eligibility
- ANM / GNM / Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid nursing registration is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for home visits.
- Good communication and patient care skills.
