Job Profile: Event Management Assistant
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Event Management Assistants to support the planning and execution of large-scale events including concerts, fashion shows, brand events, and corporate experiences. The role involves on-ground coordination, client servicing, marketing support, and assisting the team in delivering seamless event experiences. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events.
- Handle on-field activities and support event operations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, and internal teams.
- Assist in client servicing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Support marketing activities, promotions, and brand activations.
- Conduct market visits and generate event-related leads.
- Manage event requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide on-ground support during concerts, fashion shows, and corporate events.
- Maintain timelines and coordinate with different departments.
- Adapt to dynamic event environments and handle responsibilities efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
