Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager with strong communication skills, exceptional follow-up abilities, and a deep understanding of the Indian financial industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ticket sales and relationship-driven consulting environments. Key Responsibilities – First 3 Months • Manage and coordinate the existing sales pipeline • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospects • Maintain CRM hygiene and sales tracking • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and consulting teams • Schedule meetings, consultations, and onboarding activities • Draft professional emails and client communication Key Responsibilities – Next 3 Months & Ongoing • Close qualified leads generated by the marketing team • Sell financial boot camps, consultancy programmes, and personal financial audits • Conduct discovery calls and sales consultations • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets • Build strong long-term client relationships Key Responsibilities – Following Phase • Learn the internal framework for conducting personal financial audits • Participate in client audit meetings and strategy discussions • Gradually conduct audits independently • Continue handling sales coordination and lead closures alongside audit responsibilities Required Skills & Qualifications • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong email writing and professional communication skills • Exceptional follow-up and relationship management abilities • Advanced understanding of the Indian financial industry (mandatory) • Strong persuasion and sales-closing capabilities • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Experience Required • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales • Experience selling premium financial products or services • Background in wealth management, financial consulting, insurance, investments, or related sectors preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
