JOB TITLE:- HR Executive- TA
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/JOB:- Support in end to end hiring process across group companies.
IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:-
1- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across various functions such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
2- Leverage diverse channels like job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent suited to the organizations needs.
3- Work closely with department head to understand hiring requirements, create job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
4- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
5- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, identifying areas for improvement to enhance hiring efficiency.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:- REPORT TO:- Manager - Human Resources
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:-
1- Graduation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:- 0-2 years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
