Genius Attestations is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales executives.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving escalations professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
