Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to join our growing real estate team. The role involves customer handling, follow-ups, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
* Follow up with interested customers regularly
* Explain project details clearly and confidently
* Maintain customer records and daily reports
* Coordinate with the sales and operations team
Candidate Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
* Ability to interact confidently with customers
Qualification: 12th, Diploma, Graduation
Language: Proficiency in Malayalam, English (Hindi)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
