Indo Safe Healthcare LLP is a fast-growing Veterinary Pharmaceutical and Animal Healthcare company specializing in veterinary medicines and feed supplements. We are expanding our operations across Madhya Pradesh and seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop business through veterinary doctors, distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Appoint and manage distributors within assigned territories.
- Promote veterinary medicines and feed supplements to veterinarians and livestock professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits and market development activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Support and guide field staff to improve territory performance.
- Organize product promotion campaigns, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.V.Sc., Agriculture, Pharmacy preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Veterinary Pharma, Animal Healthcare, Feed Supplements, or Agri Input Sales.
- Strong understanding of distributor and channel management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Veterinary Pharma sales.
- Existing network of veterinarians, distributors, and retailers in Madhya Pradesh.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
- Proficient in sales reporting and Microsoft Excel.
