Regional HR Manager - NBFC/Banking only
We are seeking a versatile, data-driven HR Professional to take ownership of our core HR functions. This role is a blend of operational excellence, vendor management, and strategic talent development. If you are someone who enjoys streamlining processes through HRMS, loves a good spreadsheet for analytics, and can switch gears from compliance to recruitment effortlessly, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Digital Transformation
- HRMS Management: Act as the primary administrator for our HRMS. You will ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and train the team on utilizing the platform to its full potential.
- Compliance & Benefits: Independently manage end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Vendor Management: Lead the relationship with external partners, including Insurance providers and HR software vendors, ensuring high service levels and timely renewals.
2. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Data Strategy: Maintain and organize clean employee data.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly HR dashboards (turnover rates, headcount analysis, etc.) to provide actionable insights to leadership.
3. Talent Management
- Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to successful onboarding.
- Performance Management: Facilitate the annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring feedback is constructive and documentation is complete.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal or external training programs to foster employee growth.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP or Operations roles.
- Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of at least one HRMS (e.g., Darwinbox, Zoho People, SuccessFactors, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Compliance Expert: Thorough understanding of labor laws and statutory filings (PF/ESIC).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and the empathy required to handle employee relations.
- Ownership: A "problem-solver" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
