We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Equity Operations which is responsible for complex operational processes within a newly established operations team that provides fund administration services for over $700billion in assets across 350+ hedge funds, private equity and large family offices clients.
In the Operations division , we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level withing Product Support & Services ISG.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
- Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
- Should be able to perform Trade Matching
- Instruct wires/transfers (Expense, Collateral, Security, Settlements)
- Review and clear Expert Payment System Exceptions
- Liaise with Disbursements as required
- Monitor trade matching files from client's OMS and ensure processing in Vendor Systems
- Monitor for trade kickout mails from Trade Matching Vendor Support teams
- Provide EOD recaps to clients
- Vault any EOD reporting to clients
Email on any broker failures, connecting the Executing Brokers and Prime Brokers

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business areas supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on ability to communicate complex issues to a wide variety of stakeholders and professional levels
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced setting
- Critical thinker with a transformation mindset with track record of driving and delivering on process improvements
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
