We are looking for energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and clients, and successfully closing open positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and explain job opportunities.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for position closures.
Ensure regular follow-up for offer acceptance and joining.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and closure targets.
Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
Should be proactive, confident, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
