## About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible *Warehouse Manager* to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient management of stock, orders, dispatches and warehouse staff.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent inventory management knowledge, and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Supervise and manage warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
* Receive, inspect and properly store incoming stock.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock organization.
* Monitor stock movement between warehouse, showroom and other locations.
* Ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
* Coordinate with sales, purchase, production and dispatch teams.
* Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.
* Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and excess inventory.
* Ensure proper labeling, categorization and storage of products.
* Maintain proper documentation for all stock receipts, transfers and dispatches.
* Monitor order fulfillment and ensure dispatch deadlines are met.
* Implement proper warehouse processes to minimize errors and stock loss.
* Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline within the warehouse.
* Train and supervise warehouse employees.
* Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.
* Monitor warehouse productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of apparel and other products.
## Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
* Experience in *apparel, fashion, retail or e-commerce warehousing* is preferred.
* Previous experience managing a warehouse team.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
* Good understanding of receiving, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Basic knowledge of *MS Excel and inventory/warehouse management software*.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
* Good communication and team-management skills.

## What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can take *complete ownership of warehouse operations*, maintain accurate stock records, manage the warehouse team effectively, and ensure that products are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
Candidates with experience managing *apparel/fashion inventory and high-volume warehouse operations* will be given preference.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
