Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, and others) with accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
- Perform cataloguing tasks including data entry, image handling, keyword optimization, and maintaining high-quality product information.
- Manage inventory updates, stock synchronization, and order processing to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Monitor product performance, identify issues with listings, and implement improvements to boost visibility and sales.
- Handle customer queries related to products, returns, and replacements in coordination with the team.
- Maintain and update Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers for catalog health, sales, and operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and warehouse teams to align online listings with offline stock and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, policies, and best practices for catalog management.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns through timely catalog updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, and reporting)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, product photography, or content writing for listings.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or any catalog management tools.
