We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller Sales Executive to handle inbound leads generated through IndiaMART and other online platforms. The role involves communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming IndiaMART and website inquiries professionally
- Call potential customers and explain products/services
- Follow up regularly with leads for conversion
- Maintain proper lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups
- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach
- Prior experience in telecalling or IndiaMART handling is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of IndiaMART lead management
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
