Job Description – Java Developer
Experience: 12 Years
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development and modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure.
- Develop event-driven applications using Kafka messaging.
- Work with containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and high availability.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven messaging.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Good exposure to Azure Cloud services.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and SDLC.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
