Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Nurse Head to lead and supervise nursing operations within the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining efficient ICU operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate ICU nursing staff and daily operations.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor critically ill patients and guide nursing staff in patient management.
- Manage duty rosters, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct training and mentoring programs for ICU nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle critical situations and make quick decisions.
