Job Summary:
We are looking for a QC Executive for our Yarn Manufacturing Unit to ensure that yarn quality meets company and customer specifications. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, testing yarn parameters, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives throughout the production process.

Diploma / B.Sc. / B.E. in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of yarn manufacturing and quality testing will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished yarn products
Conduct quality testing as per company standards and SOPs
Monitor yarn quality parameters such as count, CSP, CV%, imperfections, strength, elongation, and appearance
Maintain QC reports, testing records, and quality documentation
Identify quality deviations and report non-conformities to the concerned department
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
Operate and maintain quality testing equipment and instruments
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement activities
