Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability of software products.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes within software engineering.
