The Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods, preparing dispatch documentation, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely shipments.
- Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP or inventory systems.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
