- You will be responsible for managing daily attendance, shifts, and leave records for all shop-floor workers through biometric systems or manual muster rolls.
- You will be responsible for processing monthly wages for hourly workers, including accurate overtime (OT) calculations as per revised Haryana statutory limits (up to 115–156 hours per quarter).
- You will be responsible for managing statutory deductions such as EPF, ESIC, and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- You will be responsible for handling Full & Final (F&F) settlements for resigned or retired workers, including gratuity and leave encashment calculations.
- You will be responsible for processing EPFO claims and transfer requests.
- You will be responsible for maintaining all mandatory registers under the Factories Act, 1948 and Haryana Factories Rules, including Form 12 (Adult Workers), Form 15 (Leave with Wages), and Form 25 (Muster Roll).
- You will be responsible for preparing and filing half-yearly and annual statutory returns (Form 21 and Form 22) with the Labour Department.
- You will be responsible for supporting the renewal of factory licenses and statutory registrations.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with labour inspectors and government officials during audits and compliance reviews.
- You will be responsible for overseeing factory welfare facilities such as the canteen, crèche, drinking water, and rest shelters.
- You will be responsible for resolving day-to-day payroll, time office, and PF-related grievances while maintaining healthy industrial relations.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety norms, including organizing periodic medical check-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: MBA in HR/ MSW (Master of Social Work), registration as a Welfare officer
- Experience: 5–8 years of core HR/Welfare experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Skills: Profound knowledge of the Factories Act, 1948 , New Labor codes and Haryana-specific labour amendments. Hands-on experience with payroll software or advanced Excel for wage processing. Fluency in Hindi (essential for worker interaction) and English (for documentation).Ability to manage large-scale blue-collar workforces and contractor management.
