JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Partner with various departments and identify individual and organizational training needs
2.Assist in designing and developing leadership development programs for executive, mid and senior level employees
3.Create a plan for gap analysis, training schedule and post assessment questionnaire
4.Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
5.Attend all the trainings given by third party trainers and replicate the same to new joiners
6.Assist functional heads in publish yearly training calendar for staff and ensure that the trainings are completed on time.
7.Check for assessment sheets
8.Deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
9.Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as on-going learning opportunities in support of the organization’s needs
10.Create high quality deliverables in line with the feedback received from end customer
11.Actively participate in progressive disciplinary process for employees not able to meet or maintain standards of excellence
12.Over see that new joinee induction, departmental induction, quarterly reviews are conducted by respective incharges on time and every time.
13.Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
