We are looking for an energetic and organized Business Coordinator to support lead generation, customer communication, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM coordination, and daily business follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Handle LinkedIn outreach and professional networking
· Coordinate email marketing and follow-up communications
· Respond to inbound customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and website
· Make professional follow-up calls to prospective customers
· Maintain and update CRM records regularly
· Coordinate meetings, proposals, and internal follow-ups
· Work with management on lead tracking and business development activities
· Support marketing and customer engagement campaigns
· Ensure proper communication and follow-up discipline across teams
Requirements
· Good communication skills in English and Tamil
· Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and Microsoft Office
· Comfortable speaking with customers and handling follow-ups
· Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
· Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams
· Prior experience in sales coordination, customer support, CRM, or marketing coordination is preferred
Preferred Skills
· Experience with CRM software
· Knowledge of LinkedIn business outreach
· Email marketing exposure
· Basic understanding of digital marketing or business communication
Experience
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can apply
- 1–3 years experience preferred
