Job Summary
We are looking for a Purchase & Logistics Assistant to support procurement and logistics operations by coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and GRN documentation.
- Monitor logistics activities, transportation, and dispatch schedules.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and transport partners.
- Maintain procurement and logistics reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of all purchase transactions.
- Support inventory and stock-related activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of purchase and logistics processes.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Commerce graduate with basic experience in accounts, purchase, or logistics.
- Familiarity with ERP software, Tally, or Zoho Books is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
