- Data Entry & Management: Accurately updating databases, CRM systems, and company records.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, invoices, contracts, and maintaining files.
- Operational Support: Coordinating between departments, assisting the sales team, and managing inventory/supplies.
- Communication: Handling email/phone inquiries, supporting front office staff, and resolving queries.
- Administrative Tasks: Scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
