Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and maintain tube Manufacturing Machines. The candidate should ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines such as:
- Plastic Tube Production Machines
- Set up machines before production (calibration, adjustments, material loading)
- Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous production
- Maintain product quality and minimize wastage
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Identify and report machine faults or breakdowns
- Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene of machines
- Follow safety guidelines and factory protocols
- Maintain daily production reports
Required Skills:
- Basic technical knowledge of machines and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Teamwork and discipline
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
