About the Role:
We are urgently seeking a Business Development professional with strong B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector across Delhi / Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should be a responsible and driven individual with a proven track record in closing high-value deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B sales targeting industrial clients in UP and/or Uttarakhand.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Handle end-to-end sales with an average sales ticket size of ₹5 Lakhs or more per customer.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate forecasting.
- Regularly visit client locations for meetings and relationship management.
- Maintain client records and reports using computer tools (CRM/Excel, etc.).
- Prepare business proposals and sales documentation with high proficiency in English.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of B2B product selling experience.
- Proven experience in industrial sales with high-value deals.
- Must have an own vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Must be a graduate, with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong computer literacy and aptitude for using digital tools.
