Roles and Responsibilities
- Review FAIR package, PPAP elements especially PFMEA, Control plan etc.
- Conduct technical review of all deliverables
- Analyze nonconformance, Process capability for Key dimensions using Minitab software
- Develop/ revise work instructions, Checklist to meet latest requirements
- Identify continual improvement opportunities in the process
- Conduct weekly meetings with customers and record minutes
- Conduct Root cause analysis for internal and external defects
- Prepare inspection plan, Process flow diagram, MSA & SPC study

Work Experience
- Working experience with Aerospace parts
- Well versed with Aerospace standards and specifications such as AS13100, AS13003, AS13004, AS13006 etc.
- Knowledge in Zero Defect approach
- Should have performed PFMEA and control plan for aero components
- Good in FAIR creation/ Review using Net inspect/E-FAIR
- Drawing ballooning using any ballooning software (DISCUS, InspectionXpert, QA-CAD)
- Hands on experience in parts inspection, all kinds of measuring instruments
- Strong in drawing interpretation, GD&T, MSA, SPC & all Quality techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Minitab.
- Knowledge on CMM programming
- Knowledge on special processes, Heat treatment, NDT, material certificates etc.
- Any automation skills using VBA, power BI is added advantage
Experience: 4-8 years’ experience in Quality control, Engineering services, Manufacturing
