Post: Senior Executive – Design & Engineering - 01 no (Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant field is required)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of engineering/Diploma (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical)
Experience – Should have the experience but not limited to Design, Engineering Drawings and BOM in the following fields –
1. Effluent Treatment Plant (based on MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP, UASBR and advanced technologies),
2. Effluent Recycle Plant (FM, FT, Clarifier, Biological Unit, Advance unit, Ultra Filtration Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant),
3. Sewage treatment plant (based on MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP technology),
4. Water treatment plant (Conventional, DMF, ACF, UF, RO, Softener, DM)
5. Zero Liquid Discharge Plant etc.
Responsibilities
a) Working on the Basic engineering package and detailed design engineering package as below.
b) Making the Major BOM of electro mechanical items.
c) Making the plant layout and sectional drawing along with puddle flanges.
d) Making the detailed P&ID, HFD, PFD, FABRICATION Drawings.
e) Making the electrical load list
f) Making technical datasheets for E&M like pumps, blowers, mixers, agitators, diffusers, media, instruments, electrical items.
g) Making piping route layout, skid, container, vessels drawing & BOM.
h) Making the pipe, fittings, supports, skid, sheet BOM
i) Making the electrical cable route layout.
j) Design using water treatment software etc.
k) Review of civil architectural and structural drawings.
l) Site visit to collect the raw data & client’s requirement for detailed engineering.
Compulsory software knowledge
a) AUTO CAD (2D and 3D proficient)
b) SOLIDWORKS (3D & PIPING 3D basic)
c) MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point etc)
d) Email communication thru MS outlook/Gmail etc.
Pay: ₹22,474.00 - ₹61,791.48 per month
