We are looking for Ultrasound Report Typist.
Qualification- Graduation, Diploma in Computers
- Type radiology reports accurately from handwritten notes, voice dictation, or digital recordings.
- Prepare reports for Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, X-ray, Doppler, Mammography, and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure reports are free from grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Coordinate with radiologists for report corrections and clarifications.
- Upload and print finalized reports in the Hospital Information System (HIS), RIS, or PACS as applicable.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of reports within the prescribed turnaround time.
- Maintain proper documentation and electronic records of all reports.
- Assist in organizing patient records and imaging documentation.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Radiology.
