Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
* Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments, clients, vendors, and business partners.
* Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing matters requiring immediate attention.
* Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and MIS reports for management reviews.
* Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
* Organize business travel, accommodation, and logistics for the MD.
* Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
* Assist in planning and coordinating leadership meetings, events, and business reviews.
* Support the MD in strategic projects, data analysis, and business coordination activities.
* Maintain records, documentation, and executive correspondence efficiently.
* Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments for smooth business functioning.
Required Skills & Competencies

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Qualification
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
* MBA will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
* Experience supporting CXO, Director, Founder, or Managing Director.
* Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or corporate environments preferred.
* Experience in preparing MIS reports, business presentations, and executive communications.
