The Travel Operations Manager leads Team Leaders (TLs) and international travel agents to ensure flawless global execution. You will define performance metrics (KRAs/KPIs), resolve critical escalations, and drive strategic cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and evaluate Team Leaders (TLs) and international travel agents.
- KRA/KPI Frameworks: Create and track performance metrics (booking accuracy, response times, SLA adherence) for agents and TLs.
- Escalation Management: Act as the final point of escalation for complex international travel issues, vendor disputes, and global emergencies.
- Cost Saving & Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, optimize booking workflows, and minimize financial leakage (errors, debit memos).
- Vendor Operations: Manage SLAs and performance of international DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
