We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)
KLM Assets Fin is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Meenchanda branch in Kozhikode district. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in NBFC or chit fund operations.
The role focuses on expanding business reach by onboarding new clients, promoting chit schemes, and meeting subscription goals, while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and generate fresh opportunities for chit fund products
- Present and market various chit plans through field activities, direct outreach, and professional networks
- Drive customer acquisition and consistently meet assigned targets
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships
- Monitor installment payments and follow up on pending dues
- Analyze financial data and suggest actionable improvements to enhance performance
Preferred Profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset
- Applicants from Meenchanda and nearby locations in Kozhikode will be given preference
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized
