About the Role
Nitrro Fitness is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the membership sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the gym or fitness industry and possess strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual membership targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure timely handling of walk-ins, enquiries, corporate leads, referrals, and digital leads.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with the team.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage memberships, renewals, upgrades, and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Fitness teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend market strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and sales processes.
- Achieve branch revenue targets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the gym/fitness industry.
- Experience in handling a team of Fitness Counsellors/Sales Executives.
- Strong understanding of gym memberships, personal training sales, and customer retention.
- Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts as per business requirements.
