Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our matrimonial services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Guide clients through the profile registration process and explain membership plans.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paid members.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or the matrimonial industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
