Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Experience in designing and developing data integration workflows and transformations.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data services for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
- Experience working with relational databases and understanding of SQL.
