Job Overview
WanderNova is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Operations Associate with a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel operations, coordinating with vendors, handling bookings and reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel vendors.
- Handle vendor contracting, vendor onboarding, and relationship management.
- Negotiate competitive rates and maintain strong vendor partnerships.
- Process travel bookings, reservations, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries while maintaining service quality.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, industry trends, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel operations.
- Experience in Vendor Operations and Vendor Contracting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems, including Amadeus and Galileo.
- Experience with Sabre will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel management tools.
