About the Role
Saleshandy is a B2B SaaS company currently heading towards $5M ARR (Bootstrapped)
Our next goal is to reach $10M.
This role is responsible for new sales only.
You will lead inbound and outbound sales, manage a team of 10-15 people, and be responsible for new sales revenue generation.
What You Will Be Responsible For
\u2022 Deliver monthly and quarterly new sales revenue
\u2022 Manage inbound and outbound sales
\u2022 Keep a healthy and active sales pipeline
\u2022 Ensure sales forecasts are realistic and accurate
\u2022 Hire, guide, and support the sales team
\u2022 Improve deal closing and conversion rates
\u2022 Make sure every lead is followed up properly
\u2022 Identify issues early and fix them quickly
Skills & Experience Required
\u2022 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
\u2022 Experience driving new sales revenue
\u2022 Ability to close deals of all sizes ($100 to $500K)
\u2022 Good understanding of sales numbers and forecasting
\u2022 Knows what can be automated and where people are needed
\u2022 Experience managing sales teams
\u2022 Comfortable taking clear decisions
