Job description
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development / Sales Intern to support our growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, pitching ideas, and identifying new opportunities.
As part of the business team, you will help the agency expand its client base by researching potential clients, supporting outreach efforts, and assisting in developing proposals for communication, branding, and content production projects.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales strategy, client engagement, and the business side of creative agencies.
What You’ll Do
Sales Pipeline Management
- Support the team in building and managing the sales pipeline from lead identification to conversion.
- Track prospects through different stages such as lead generation, outreach, meeting scheduling, proposal stage, and deal closure.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline records.
- Assist in tracking follow-ups and ensuring timely communication with potential clients.
Lead Generation & Research
- Identify potential clients that may require communication, branding, or content services.
- Research companies, industry sectors, and decision-makers for outreach opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building
- Support outreach efforts through emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
- Assist in scheduling meetings with potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch documents.
- Support in follow-ups and client communication.
- Help track leads, opportunities, and conversion progress.
Partnership Development
- Assist in coordinating partnerships for campaigns, events, and creative projects
Market Insights & Opportunities
- Monitor industry trends in communications, branding, digital media, and content production.
- Suggest new business opportunities and potential markets.
Who we are looking for:
Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.o Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, content marketing, webdevelopment, etc.).
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social MediaMarketing, etc.) is a plus.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
