Salary
- ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month for candidates from Retail, Movie Theatre, Amusement Park, or similar experience.
- ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month for candidates having direct Gaming Zone experience.
Duty Timing
12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Manager for a Gaming Zone. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, team handling, customer service, gaming machines/activities coordination, cash counter coordination, staff discipline, sales support, and smooth customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the Gaming Zone.
- Supervise staff, cashier, front desk team, and floor team.
- Ensure smooth customer handling and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor gaming machines, equipment, and activity areas.
- Coordinate with technical/vendor team in case of machine or equipment issues.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and duty allocation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash coordination, and reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline inside the gaming zone.
- Plan local promotional activities to increase footfall.
- Coordinate with management for daily and weekly reporting.
- Maintain operational standards and company process.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate can apply.
- 3 to 5 years operations experience required.
- Gaming Zone experience will be highly preferred.
- Retail, cinema, amusement park, entertainment, or hospitality background can apply.
- Good team handling and customer handling skills required.
- Candidate should be active, responsible, disciplined, and presentable.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
