We are seeking a creative and results-driven SEO & Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites while implementing effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and website layouts.
- Update website content, graphics, and functionality as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align website design with business objectives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO techniques including meta tags, headings, image optimization, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve website rankings on major search engines.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting site performance.
- Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Develop and execute link-building and content optimization strategies.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Generate SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and web design best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and web design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website builders.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, technical SEO, and analytics tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX best practices.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and web performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce websites.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Understanding of local SEO and schema markup.
