About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Centre Head who can manage daily operations of the training centre while also handling local marketing and student admissions.
The candidate should have leadership ability, communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a growth mindset. This role combines operations, admissions, counselling, and marketing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Centre Operations
- Manage daily operations of the institute
- Ensure smooth functioning of classes and batches
- Coordinate with faculty and support staff
- Maintain discipline and professional environment
- Monitor student attendance and performance
- Handle fee collection follow-ups
- Maintain records and reports
- Admissions & Counselling
- Handle walk-in enquiries and admissions
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses
- Explain course benefits, fees, and career opportunities
- Convert leads into admissions
- Maintain enquiry and admission database
- Conduct demo session coordination
- Marketing & Promotion
- Execute local marketing activities
- Coordinate pamphlet distribution and outdoor promotions
- Manage WhatsApp and social media promotions
- Support Facebook/Instagram campaign execution
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local businesses
- Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns
- Generate admission leads through local networking
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Monitor expenses and basic inventory
- Coordinate maintenance and infrastructure needs
- Ensure cleanliness and proper centre management
- Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Leadership and team coordination ability
- Marketing and sales mindset
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
- Social media awareness is a plus
Qualification
- Graduate preferred
- Diploma or certification in management/marketing/computers is an advantage
Experience
1–3 years experience in education, sales, counselling, or operations preferred
Salary Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
