SIGHT – Sysmantech Institute for Global Hardware Technologies is a new-generation technical training institute focused on creating skilled, job-ready service technicians through practical, industry-oriented training.
Our training environment is designed as a professional service centre rather than a conventional classroom, with real devices, real diagnostic tools and hands-on technical exposure.
Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Centre Head / Academic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and academic activities of SIGHT.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth centre operations, high-quality training, student discipline, admissions coordination and placement support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the training centre
- Coordinate trainers, academic schedules and practical sessions
- Monitor teaching quality and student progress
- Ensure proper attendance, assessments and practical skill records
- Coordinate with the admissions team and follow up on admission targets
- Conduct student orientation and counselling
- Maintain high standards of discipline and professionalism
- Monitor laboratories, equipment and training resources
- Coordinate live service-centre training and practical exposure
- Develop relationships with companies and service centres for internships and placements
- Track student placement performance
- Prepare monthly academic and operational reports for management
- Ensure an excellent student and parent experience
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, technical training, skill development, service operations or centre management
- Previous experience as Centre Manager, Academic Manager, Training Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, reporting and basic CRM systems
- Ability to manage trainers, students and administrative staff
- Target-oriented and capable of handling admissions and placement coordination
- Technical background in Computer Hardware / Electronics / IT will be an added advantage
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred.
Candidates with strong relevant industry and technical-training experience will also be considered.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
