-
Integrate DevSecOps practices into delivery pipelines, including code quality checks, IaC scanning, dependency scanning, image scanning, and automated security gates.
-
Implement observability practices using monitoring, logging, alerting, metrics, dashboards, and incident response workflows across cloud environments.
-
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, performance, availability, and security issues across development, test, staging, and production environments.
-
Collaborate with engineering, data, security, and operations teams to support application deployments, analytics workloads, and platform reliability.
-
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
-
Participate in root cause analysis, incident reviews, capacity planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Support foundational MLOps workflows where applicable, including model deployment environments, pipeline automation, artifact handling, monitoring support, and collaboration with data science teams.
-
4–7 years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles.

Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, release automation, branching strategies, artifact management, and environment promotion workflows.
-
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
-
Understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts using Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, ECS, or Azure Kubernetes Service.
-
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and metrics, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
-
Strong documentation, communication, ownership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
-
Working exposure to Microsoft Azure services, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, Key Vault, VNets, and role-based access control.
-
Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
-
Experience implementing security scanning tools such as Snyk, SonarQube, Checkov, Trivy, Wiz, or similar solutions.
-
Exposure to compliance frameworks, cloud governance, tagging standards, cost optimization, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
-
Foundational understanding of MLOps concepts, including model lifecycle, feature pipelines, experiment tracking, containerized model serving, and model monitoring.
-
Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are desirable.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
-
Demonstrated experience delivering secure and automated cloud infrastructure in production environments.
-
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced consulting or technology delivery environment.
-
Reliable, secure, and repeatable infrastructure deployments across AWS-led cloud environments.
-
