- Prepare tender/quotation documents
- Cost optimization suggestions
- Review contractor quotations
- Prepare Excel-based cost sheets

Technical Requirements
- Experience in water supply or utility infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of pipeline systems and hydraulic components
- BOQ preparation experience
